Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary contact with the customers, both domestic and foreign. 2. Coordinate internally with the team for customer requests and responds to customer for customer issues, quotes and delivery times, also involved in collection procedures as well. 3. Primary focus on customer service, handle existing customers. 4. Work on marketing, logistics, shipment/payment arrangement. 5. Improve the accuracy of quotes and margin for our Company. 6. Focus on cost saving, such as shipping costs and others. 7. Work on finding a balance between what the customer wants and what we can give to meet company targets. 8. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Special Skill Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business administration 2. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese 3. Highly motivated and self-starter 4. Work well with various people and can handle tough situation and personalities 5. Requires Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills 6. Always willing to improve continuously and Positive attitude 7. Proficient in oral and written English, able to use English as the working language.
