全日制本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, business and/or engineering preferred, or significant company and product experience.
Work experience：工作经验
销售及市场至少5年以上经验,有配套商用车、非道路车辆的一级配套经验，， 有OEM或者Tier1关系的优先
- above 5 years' sales and marketing experience, expert knowledge of Tier 1 suppliers to commercial truck non-automotive area (means on-highway /off-road vehicles) or equivalent.

1. 根据年度销售目标制定国内外客户开发计划，并积极开拓国内外市场。
make a customer development plan as per yearly sales target. Actively develop the local market
2.综合协调相关职能部门确认产品加工可行性，整理BOM表，工艺流程并整理和核算产品报价
coordinate with functional department to complete the feasibility, work out the BOM, process and can work independently on the cost and develop the reasonable price to customers/price for on highway and other Off-high Way sector
3.积极主动构建内外部的沟通，并主导与对口负责客户的商务协议等的商务沟通
active in communication, building of internal and external network，negotiates terms and conditions, and obligations, with selected customers with supervision of sales director according pre-established rules.
4.参与协调客户与内部相关职能部门之间的问题如发货，质量等相关问题。
Participate in coordination between customers and internal functions of the relevant problems such as delivery, quality and related issues.
5.销售资料的整理、收集、归档，形成文件或报表，定时汇报；
Collect market and competitors information.
6.定期检查录入的销售数据和订单，确定无误，并汇报；
Support on sales data summery and sales report
7.订单建档、组织安排询单评审与订单评审。将评审的结果呈交领导层，获批后，对询单、订单的交期，书面回复给销售或客户。
Contract review, process follow up, communication with customers on shipment issue till order fullfiled
8.参与跟踪常规产品订单及新品生产进度、定期汇报。交期异常时，须立即提报；
Tracking on the sales order and new project progress, report to sales manager if urgent case happens
9.根据领导层或销售要求，收集和分析市场数据。并定期反馈最新信息；
Support to collect competitors ‘information and market survey
10.整理更新公司宣传相关的资料如公司PPT 、视频介绍，公司网站，产品宣传册等
Support to update presentation，video，website, brochures etc
