Responsibilities：
1. Cooperate with the safety director to formulate the safety production rules and regulations, operating procedures, and emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents of the unit.
配合安全总监拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
2. Organize or participate in the safety production education and training of the unit, and truthfully record the safety production education and training situation.
组织或者参与本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况；
3. Cooperate with the safety director to organize the identification and assessment of hazards and urge the implementation of safety management measures for major hazards in the unit.
配合安全总监组织开展危险源辨识和评估，督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施；
4. Organize or participate in emergency rescue drills of the unit.
组织或者参与本单位应急救援演练；
5. Check the safety production status of the unit, promptly identify potential safety hazards in production, and propose suggestions for improving safety production management.
检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；
6. Stop and correct the behaviors of illegal command, forced risky operation, and violation of operating procedures.
制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
7. Urge the implementation of safety production rectification measures in the unit.
督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施；
8. Participate in at least one comprehensive inspection of safety production every month; participate in safety risk identification and assessment and urge all departments and positions to implement tiered control measures.
每月至少参与一次安全生产全面检查；参与安全风险辨识评估，并督促各部门、各岗位落实分级管控措施；
9. Urge all departments and positions to fulfill their responsibilities for safety production, organize or participate in the assessment of the safety production responsibility system for all employees, and propose reward and punishment opinions.
督促各部门、各岗位履行安全生产职责，组织或者参与全员安全生产责任制考核，并提出奖惩意见；
10. Cooperate with the safety director to supervise and inspect the safety production qualifications and conditions of the contracting and leasing units operating within the unit's area.
配合安全总监对在本单位区域内作业的承包、承租单位的安全生产资质、条件进行监督检查；
11. Supervise the procurement, distribution, use and management of labor protection supplies.
监督劳动防护用品的采购、发放、使用和管理。
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering or related majors.
本科，安全工程类专业；
2. 5+ years in safety management in the relevant industry.
5年以上相关行业领域安全管理工作。
3. Familiar with laws, regulations, standards and specifications for safe production.
熟悉安全生产法律法规和标准规范；
4. Have reliable professional management experience and ability in safe production.
具备可靠的安全生产专业管理经验和能力；
5. Be in good health, have good conduct, and have certain professional ethics.
身体健康，品行端正，具有一定的职业操守；
6. Familiar with safety management system, be good at communication and coordination, be able to actively solve various problems in safe production.
熟悉安全管理体系，善于沟通协调，能积极主动解决安全生产各类问题；
7. Love safe production work, adhere to principles, have good moral character, good health, work diligently, have a strong sense of safety and work responsibility.
热爱安全生产工作，坚持原则，品德端正，身体健康，工作勤恳，具有强烈的安全意识和工作责任心。
