Job Responsibilities：
61 To plan, coordinate and carry out the company’s production activities in accordance with current as well as future needs and complying with established procedures as well as budgets and guidelines.
61 To draw up and maintain adequate instructions for the production with the aim of meeting the SB quality and safety requirements.
61 To hire/fire employees within the area of responsibility.
61 To purchase products budgeted for as well as services and contract work for the maintenance of the equipment used in the daily production in order to meet the aims of functionality.
61 Make Production order confirmations against sales orders.
61 Ensure ABS (Altra Business System) incorporated into daily business
61 Ensure high level of safety
61 Ensure plans for making policy tech is meet according to timeline.
61 To draw up, follow up on and measure budgets for the production.
61 To ensure the employee’s qualifications and resources as well as see to that the qualifications are developed in accordance with the company’s and department’s future needs.
61 To maintain manufacturing engineering related documentation for the production.
61 To deal with irregular products.
61 To deal with new or not SB std. products according to company strategy.
61 Ensure good cooperation with other departments to meet SB goals and targets
Qualifications:
--Management skills from similar position.
--Technical education. Preferably engineer combined with management.
--Profound English skills – both written and spoken
--Profound MS office knowledge as well as ERP system understanding
--Skills in various production optimizing programs, such as 5S, Standard Work, Lean, Six Sigma etc.
--Preferably work experience within Europe or US or within a company from Europe or US.
