Responsibilities: 61 Works with every applicable function within responsible sites to determine appropriate process improvements. Implements actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS for assigned sites. 61 Develops, deploys and maintains the quality planning system (i.e. control plans, etc.) Aligns budgets, personnel, continuous improvement projects and kaizen events to share best practices and source experts between responsible sites. 61 Reviews all the corrective actions submitted by the team and communicates to the customer. Completes analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty. Summarizes corrective action results and feeds back into the QMS for continuous improvement. 61 Determines cost and capability of meeting customer requirements. Ensures customer is confident that requirements in quality are being met with few Key Customers. Implements systems to meet customer requirements. Provides evidence of meeting customer requirements.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience,majored in Engineering ,Electrical,Automation,related backgroud. 61 8+ years working in Foreign MNC, and at least 5 years in management level. 61 Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years. 61 Fluent English. 61 Stong ability to work under pressure.
