Responsibilities：
1. Ensure & perform infrastructure maintenance to support production and whole plant running smoothly.
确保实施基础设施的维保工作以支持生产及整个工厂的正常运行；
2. Responsible for buildup infrastructure management process and procedures and follow up the implementation. 负责公司设施管理制度的编制并负责推行工作；
3. Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of all buildings and utility equipment (Gas, Heating, Water, Power, Air, Lights，HVAC,RO water, boiler system, elevator, firefighting system etc.). 负责所有厂房建筑和动力设备（气、供暖、水、电、灯,空调及通风系统，纯水系统，锅炉系统，电梯，消防系统等）的日常点检及维修保养工作；
4. Have strong knowledge of facility operations professional, able to solve unconventional problems of business process. 具备深厚的设施运维专业知识，能够解决业务流程存在的非常规性问题；
5. Complete infrastructure project planning, design, installation and implementation, acceptance and application of management. 根据业务需要，完成基础设施项目的规划、设计、安装与实施、验收和运用管理；
6. In charge of facilities contractors annual maintenance contract, tracking and assessment the quality of facilities maintenance service. 负责制定设施外部承包商年度维护合同，组织跟踪及考核外部设施维护承包商的服务质量；
7. Responsible for the ISO50001 energy management system maintenance 负责ISO50001能源管理体系运行维护；
8. Responsible for Energy saving improvement projects and Kaizen activities. 负责节能等改善项目的推进。
