As a Certified Optima Solutions Professional, you will provide technical services based on customer needs. You'll report to Optima Solutions Site Manager, and base in Changzhou.

Key Responsibilities：
（主要职责）
1、Solve all kinds of technical problems in the process of coating application to ensure smooth production.
（解决涂装过程中的各种技术问题，确保生产顺利进行。）
2、Responsible for the secure launch of new projects, including coordinate the development of new colors, line trial, color matching and performance tests.
（负责新项目的安全启动，包括协调新颜色的开发、试线、配色和性能测试。）
3、Optima production process, improve production efficiency and product quality.
（优化生产流程，提高生产效率和产品质量。）
4、Strengthen the communication with the laboratory, feedback on on-site issues.
（加强与实验室的沟通，反馈现场问题。
Qualifications：
（任职资格）
1、Bachelor's degree, major in chemical engineering or related.
（本科学历，化工或相关专业。）
2、More than 1 year's working experience.
（1年以上工作经验。）
3、Automotive coatings related experience, or desire to work in the coatings industry.
Capability of using written English.
（汽车涂料相关经验，或希望在涂料行业工作。）
4、Capability of using written English.
（能够使用书面英语。）
