Coordinate the product and project software development and plan of each signalling subsystem (System architect, ATS,ATO,ATP,CBI, DCS) according to the timeline and market demand, and lead the life cycle of the software, which includes software requirements, design and development, engineering testing, software release, safety certification, software maintenance, etc., to ensure that the software can be delivered on time and with high quality. At the same time, responsible for the management and talent development of software team.
根据工期节点和市场需求，统筹新产品以及项目（系统，ATS，ATO，ATP，CBI，DCS）软件开发和计划，主导软件生命周期，含软件需求、设计开发、工程测试、软件发布、安全认证、软件维护等，确保软件可按时按质交付。并进行软件团队的管理和建设，以及人员培养。

工作职责：
1、Responsible for the management and competence building-up of Product Management and Development team in Technical Department.
负责产品管理及开发团队的管理及人员能力建设。
2、Responsible for the product/software R&D process build-up and improvement
负责产品/软件研发流程的建立和优化
3、Responsible for product selection, leading the software architecture of the product, ensuring that the architecture design can meet the product's function, performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability requirements.
负责技术选型，主导产品的软件架构，保证架构设计能够满足产品的功能、性能、可靠性、可维护性需求和可扩展性需求
4、Ensure subsystem software development progress and deliver software with high quality at the specified node, according to project plan and Customer requirements.
根据项目计划和客户需求，保证各子系统软件的开发进度，在规定的时间节点以高质量交付软件。
5、According to the project approved work package, assign engineering tasks (basic design, detail design) and software implementation and engineering test. Correctly guide the software design work within the budget cost and schedule, including the interface protocol among subsystems and so on.
依照项目批准的工作包，在预算成本和进度计划内，分配工程任务（基础设计，详细设计）、软件实施和工程测试，正确指导软件设计工作，包括各子系统间的接口协议等
6、Coordinate the product development progress of all software team, and reasonably arrange human and material resources.
统筹协调各软件组产品开发进度，合理安排人力和物力资源
7、Develop new product/software to meet Customer/Market requirement and internal requirement based on the developing trend of signalling system technology
根据信号系统的技术发展趋势开发新的产品/软件满足客户/市场需求以及内部需求
8、Familiar with relevant domestic and overseas software specifications and standards of rail transit.
熟悉国内外轨道交通相关软件规范和标准
9、Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职条件：
1、Master’s degree or above in electronic information, automation, computer or software engineering
电子信息、自动化、计算机或软件工程专业研究生及以上学历
2、At least 10 years relevant work experience or equivalent in rail transit or computer industry
轨道交通或者计算机行业10年及以上工作经验
3、Familiar with C/C++/C# and other programming languages.
熟悉C/C++/C#等编程语言
4、Familiar with operating system principles (Linux, Windows, etc.)
熟悉操作系统原理（Linux, Windows等）
5、Familiar with office software, project management tools, etc
熟练使用办公软件，项目管理工具等
6、Familiar with modern software development methodology tools and software specification.
熟悉现代软件开发方法工具和软件规格
7、Familiar with computer network communication protocols (TCP / IP)
熟悉计算机网络通信协议（TCP/IP）
