Job Responsibility:
86Implement ISO 9000&TS16949 compliant quality system; achieve & maintain registration.
86Develop, maintain, and improve system that attains quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
86Provides financial/quality data to management concerning quality activities.
86Assists in the preparation of proposals in support of securing customer orders.
86Contributes to the development of method to operation efficiency.
86Directs the analysis of failure and analysis other problems to develop corrective action.
86Determine and recommends an effective quality organization and staffing to ensure departmental effectiveness.
86Orient employees to company policies and procedures, clearly communicating work duties and responsibilities so individual may proceed with certainty in the performance of their jobs. Administer policies in a fair and equitable manner.
86Monitors the work performance of assigned personnel, conducts effective performance appraisals and encourage employee training & development. Skilled in assessing staff capabilities, make decisions related to the selection, promotion, compensation, and discipline of assigned personnel. Provides necessary training and ongoing feedback & support.
86Creates a working climate in which assigned personnel are motivated their skills and abilities and demonstrates by personal example the desired standards of conduct and work performance.
86Follow and implement ISO9000/TS16949/ISO14000 requirements.


Qualifications:
86Four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering/business or related discipline, which approximates skill & knowledge, expected of quality manager.
86Min. 5 years’ relevant management experience
86Experience in ISO 9001, TS16949 and other related quality systems
86Six Sigma green belt min.
86Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.
86Strong problem-solving skills, such as 8D, 5WHY, etc.
86Good English communication skills: Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred.
86Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
