岗位职责: 1. Overall manage the supplier development team, strengthen and mentor the team members capability , establish annual work targets and KPIs, implement and optimize the working process effectively; 总体管理供应商开发团队,加强和培养供应商开发管理团队,制定年度工作目标和相关KPI, 有效执行和改进供应商开发和管理流程; 2. Lead suppliers’ performance evaluation, risk identification and overall performance & capability enhancement programs, systematically take preventive actions to avoid quality and delivery issues; 主导供应商的绩效评估,风险识别及整体品质保证和供货能力的提升,系统性采取有效预防措施避免供应商交付过程的质量和交货风险; 3. Ensure reliable quality and delivery performance for production material. Resolve critical suppliers’ quality incidents (e.g., batch defects) by initiating & leading root cause analysis (RCA), taking immediate corrective action to reduce interruption of production. Closely follow up the actions to ensure timely closure of CAPAs as necessary to eventually improve quality control process with suppliers; 确保生产性物料的质量和交付的可靠性,针对供应商的质量问题(例如批量缺陷),发起并领导根本原因分析(RCA)立即采取短期纠正措施减少质量问题对生产的影响。密切跟进行动计划,确保及时关闭改进和预防措施项,和供应商一起最终彻底改善质量控制保证流程; 4. Prepare and analyze supplier quality data/delivery information to various stakeholders including PPM and OTD for tracking and improvement. Reduce supplier quality nonconformities and continuously reduce the suppliers’ quality cost; 负责统计、分析并及时汇报供应商产品质量的各项绩效指标,包括PPM和OTD指标,降低质量不合格率,持续改善供应商的质量成本; 5. Participate in the development of new suppliers for audits, lead verification activities of suppliers’ new samples; involved in design reviews of new projects by aligning with the supplier’s critical process; 参与新供应商的开发审核,主导先期开发和样品验证, 关注供应商的关键制造过程,参与新品开发的前期设计评审工作; 6. Define supplier system annual audit plan and process audit to all existing suppliers regularly to drive supplier quality continuous improvement; 制定年度供应商审核计划,组织对关键供应商定期审核,推进供应商产品质量的持续提升; 7. Improve supplier quality management processes, implement digital tools (e.g., QMS system) with the suppliers; 完善供应商质量管理流程,推动数字化工具,如供应商QMS系统的执行; 8. Collaborate with PQE team to conduct quality problems analysis and solve all supplier quality issues appear in product line. Serve as the Voice of the Customer claims within the organization in relating to supplier quality issues; 协同PQE团队一起分析生产线上的质量问题,解决供应商日常质量问题;严格执行客户质量要求,确保供应商产品质量问题得到及时有效处理; 9. Closely collaborate with cross functions and support to implement FRED activities in China and for global; 跨部门紧密沟通与协作,支持法亚路面事业部在中国和全球的供应商协同工作;
任职要求: 1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline; 机械或机械相关专业的本科及以上学历; 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in various functions of quality, supplier management; 知识5年以上的质量或供应商管理的相关工作经验; 3. Proficient in quality tools. MSA, APQP,FMEA, PPAP, SPC, statistical methods and capability studies will be an advantage; 熟悉质量工具的应用,如MSA APQP,FMEA, PPAP,SPC。有统计分析经验和制程能力分析优先; 4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage; 有精艺生产或者6sigma相关经验者优先; 5. Good English both in oral and written and strong communication skills; 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力,较强的沟通技巧;
