KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Plan and conduct potential supplier analysis for supplier release and the regular process audit according to VDA 6.3, including monitoring of the measure’s realization
2.Review and approve supplier PPAP for new component release and the engineering changes
3.Conduct supplier evaluation and classification regularly, initiate improvement/action programs and monitor the realization
4.Communicate with supplier for any supplier quality issue and drive continuous improvement actions with suppliers
5.Solve problems in line with cross function team, be supportive and cooperative to other team members
6.Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time
任职资格:
1.Bachelor or above degree with engineering background
2.3-5 years’ working experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years’ quality management experience and more than 3 years’ working experience of supplier quality management in multinational company is preferred
3.Familiar with 5 core quality tools and VDA6.3
4.VDA6.3 certified and six sigma belt certified are plus and preferred
5.Logic thinking, target approaching, can work under pressure
6.English as working language, good ability to cooperate with cross-function team
7.Quality related experience in passenger car industry is preferred
8.Willing to travel (over 25% working time)
