Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Strategic Tasks 战略型职责:
1.1 Develop a thorough understanding of spending and supplier base in terms of assigned categories/sub-categories (ELE/commercial parts etc.) together with Lead buyer.
与战略采购一起全面了解指定类别/子类别（商业件/电气件等）的支出和供应商基础。
1.2 Identify opportunities that focus on cost reductions, improvement of supply chain efficiency like JIT or consignment service etc.
识别降低成本、提高供应链效率的机会如准时交货或寄售服务等。
1.3 Establish and optimize constructive working relationships with other functions.
建立并优化与其他职能部门的建设性工作关系。

2.Execution Tasks 执行性职责:
2.1 Execute all commercial parts RFQ and sourcing job, including new project sourcing to meet project timeline.
执行所有日常商业电气件的询源采购活动包括新项目采购并满足项目要求。
2.2 Work as the key actor to drive activities along the sourcing process.
作为关键角色，推动采购流程中的各项活动。
2.3 Ensure the compliance of sourcing activities, innovate/optimize the sourcing process and tools.
确保采购活动的合规性，创新/优化采购流程和工具。
2.4 Execute the cost reduction projects according to the saving roadmap.
根据降本路线图执行降低成本项目。

3.Supporting Tasks 支持性职责:
3.1 Support on emergency deposition of supply chain.
支持供应链的紧急部署
3.2 Support on sourcing compliance management and internal audit.
支持采购合规管理和内部审计。
3.3 Other jobs which is assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and skills 任职资格
1.Have basic knowledge of sourcing for assigned categories/sub-categories, including sourcing process and basic product knowledge.
具备基本指定类别/子类别的采购概念和知识，包括采购流程，基本的产品知识。
2.Better to have experience in a similar supplier base of assigned categories/sub-categories.
在指定类别/子类别的类似供应商基础上拥有知识和经验更加
3.Excellent data analysis capability
优秀的数据分析能力
4.ERP user, i.e. SAP
ERP相关系统的操作经验，比如SAP
5.Clear mindset, and proactive, self-driven and result oriented.

6.Work on high pressure and take/lead challenges for results by means of proper skills.

7.Team player, negotiation and influence capability to stakeholders.

10. 8-year-experience or more in sourcing/purchasing of assigned categories/sub-categories.

11.Bachelor is required, majoring in electrical or other engineering/industry preferred
