岗位职责: - Responsible for all HR modules and ADM work. 负责人力资源各模块及行政类工作的日常运行。 - Responsible for the air ticket, hotel and insurance of the travel module. 负责差旅模块的机票、酒店、保险工作。 - Responsible for attendance management and maintenance of attendance rules. 负责考勤管理,维护考勤规则的执行。 - Responsible for accounting and paying the salary and welfare of the employees, ensure the legal compliance; assist HRBP to complete C&B survey, salary adjustment proposal etc. 负责员工的薪酬福利的核算及发放,确保合法合规;协助人力资源业务伙伴完成各类薪酬市场数据调研、薪资调整方案等。 - Responsible for complete budget& forecast of the specified module. 负责指定模块的年度和季度预算。 - Responsible for formulate and update the procedure and management document of specified module. 负责完成指定模块的流程及管理文件的编制及更新。 - Responsible for complete HR&ADM related report of the specified module. 负责完成指定模块的人事行政相关的各类报告。 - Assist departments to establish a harmonious labor relationship, keep track of employee dynamics in real time, assist in employee relationship management, such as employee activities. 协助业务部门建立和谐的劳动关系,实时掌握员工动态,协助进行员工关系管理工作,如员工活动等。 - Fulfil the other work required by leader. 完成领导要求的其它工作。
任职要求: - Bachelor’s Degree or above in Management or related fields 管理专业本科以上学历 - Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR&ADM. 5年以上人事行政经验。
