Job Purpose In relation to the overall objective of the function to assure products comply with all applicable quality, regular and customer requirements, including ISO9001, halal, EFfCI GMP and RSPO and support for the execution of the Global Quality Assurance Strategy at site level. Core Responsibilities 61 Maintain and demonstrate a level of awareness of the existence of quality related policies, standards, procedures and requirements and support manager to monitor the compliance status to Standards in the QMS scope (e.g. ISO 9001, Halal/Kosher, Good Manufacturing Practice). 61 Participate in Internal Audits as a Lead Auditor. 61 Train / coach staff in operations regarding on quality management requirement. 61 Participate in audits of external raw material vendor / service providers as an Auditor. 61 Participate in investigation into non-conformance and batch release decisions associated to process deviations. 61 Fulfil the document manager role for site Quality Management System regulated documents and records and a “Author” role of local site QMS documentation; Coordinate with document / process owners, the maintenance of appropriate local documents including work instructions and procedures. 61 Prepare and maintain QA related data that demonstrates the effectiveness of QA processes and its application in Site QA continuous improvement processes such as regular meetings and visual performance management. 61 Execute actions decided as a result of continuous improvement / performance indicators / improvement projects etc. Academic Background -University degree, preferred in Fragrance or Food. -Overall work experience of 4+ of which 2 years in a similar position in similar industrial. -1 to 2 years of coaching experience preferred. Technical Skills -Can demonstrate an ability to influence change, form effective relationships, drive continuous improvement with problem solving skill e.g 6 sigma prefered. -Experience with using computer-based Management Systems and applications such as Microsoft Office. -Good understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001 and continuous improvement. -Good knowledge of business processes in Operations e.g. production methods, quality control systems, requirements for manufacturing and distribution facilities. -Good English speaking and writing.
