Responsibilities:
1. Organise valid resource to production as to fulfill orders delivery on time.
组织有效的生产资源，以按时完成订单交付。
2. To build up related products know-how and work out WI and OPL, train operators.
积累相关产品知识，制定WI和OPL，培训操作员。
3. Cooperation with quality, maintenance, PPE department to investigate and analyse internal and external quality case
与质量、维护、PPE部门合作，调查和分析内部和外部质量案例
4. Organize, implement, supervise and check the production, includes capacity evaluation, production expansion; improve production level and procedure;
组织、实施、监督和检查生产，包括产能评估、扩产；提高生产水平和程序；
5. Response for occupational safety;
职业安全响应；
6. Improve material flow, production efficiency and manpower utilization ratio, control material scrap rate;
提高物料流量、生产效率和人力利用率，控制物料报废率；
7. Other tasks 其他任务

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree above in cable manufacture, polymer science, electronic & mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or similar field
电缆制造、聚合物科学、电子机械工程、工业工程或类似专业本科以上学历
2. Above 3~5 years working experiences in cable production, silicone cable production is plus.
3-5年以上电缆生产工作经验，有机硅电缆生产经验优先。
3. Familiar with production management, production equipment and tooling molds; Familiar with IE, quality, and environmental system knowledge; Familiar with quality management tools;
熟悉生产管理、生产设备及工装模具；熟悉IE、质量和环境体系
4. Stable, independent, endurance, cautious, methodical, thoughtful, concerned about the process；
稳定、独立、有耐力、谨慎、有条理、有思想、关心过程
