Responsibilities: 1. Set up a product strategy: Including product portfolios map, product family positioning (BCG matrix), and the optimize potential. 2. Build the product road map: Including new product (identify new product opportunities, define the new product and proceed with the feasibility study) and product phase-out product (identify opportunity, evaluate the impact). 3. Produce product family health report: Including product portfolio healthy condition evaluation, new product launch and product phase-out post follow up and impact evaluation. 4. Evaluate new product business opportunities: Including sales demand and market opportunity evaluation; Impact of profit, investment, operation and strategic.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronic, electrical and other science and engineering majors. On this basis, there are additional points for a business or MBA degree. 2. More than 3 years of experience in product management, AE, engineering, R&D, or production, with cross departmental collaboration experience preferred. 3. Product management skills. 4. Hands-on experience with on-site generator products and related business operations is preferred. 5. English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
