主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
1.根据采购策略，负责提高供应商在多个工厂的生产（质量、成本、交货）绩效
Responsible for improving the supplier performance in production (quality, cost, delivery) for several plants, in line with purchasing strategy.

主要任务The main missions of the role are:
1.管理和推动工厂内部所有VAVE 项目，根据合资公司目标完成工厂降本目标；
Manage and drive all VAVE projects within the plant, and achieve the plant cost reduction target according to the joint venture target;
2.更新与维护SAP 系统的价格及供应商信息，供应商付款协调；
Update and maintain the price and supplier information in SAP system; In charge of supplier payment issue;
3.汇总工厂采购数据，包括采购金额和节省；
Collect purchasing data, including purchasing amount and savings;
4.供应商绩效管理评估，包括交付表现，质量表现，反馈速度等；
Supplier performance management evaluation, including delivery performance, quality performance, feedback speed, etc.
5.根据客户交付需求管理供应商产能与交付；
Manage supplier capacity and delivery according to customer delivery demand;
6.负责工厂所有工程变更；
Responsible for all plant engineering changes request
7.新项目开发定点后，负责与项目采购对接，确保顺利进入量产阶段
Work closely with Program buyer, ensure smooth transition from program to series phase
8.完成上级交代的其他任务
Complete other task assigned by manager.

资格要求Qualifications :
1.教育背景/Education: 本科以上学历；理工科专业优先；
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
2.经验/ Experience: 至少3年采购、生产、质量或销售经验，汽车行业优先
Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing, production, quality or sales，Nice to have: Automotive experience would be an advantage.
3.技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
了解产品设计和生产制造过程；
Understanding of product design, development and production launch processes
熟悉产品的成本结构
Knowledge of supplier cost structures；
了解采购战略
Understanding of purchasing commodity strategy；
熟悉IATF16949, ISO9000 质量体系；
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9000 Quality system
良好的沟通和谈判技巧
Good communcaiton and neogiation skill
能够在矩阵式组织结构和高压下工作
Ability to work in a matrix organization under pressure
良好的英语读写能力
Fluent English reading and written skills；
