Responsibilities · Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions · Generate leads, greet candidates, prepare consultants for interviews, ensure schedules are maintained · Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source passive candidates · Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting · Help with colleague recruiting initiatives · Submit weekly activity reports to Team Lead · Assist in updating and managing company’s internal database · Process work visa application for clients
Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Business or translations/interpretation preferred · Proficient in spoken and written English – Required · Familiar with full cycle recruiting · Excellent communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills · Highly detail oriented and organized · Ability to work independently to problem solve · Productively work in a fast-passed environment where multi-tasking is required
Preferred Skills and Experience · Knowledge on immigration policies, and work visa application. · Previous experience conducting interviews · Familiar with job posting using various channels
