Responsibilities: 1. Student and Parent Support (Weight: 80%) a. Orientation and Advising: Measure effectiveness based on student feedback scores. b. Course Selection and Communication Facilitation: Evaluate by the number of student queries successfully resolved. c. Regular Communication and Progress Monitoring: Target a response time of within 5 minutes for parent/student inquiries. d. Student Profile Creation, Transcript Issuing: Accuracy and timeliness of documents provided. e. College Application Assistance: Success rate of student college admissions. f. Net Promoter Score (NPS) Goals: Achieve a specified NPS target.
2. Faculty Support (Weight: 10%) a. Student Records Maintenance : Accuracy and privacy compliance in record-keeping. b. Quality of Teaching Support: Feedback from faculty on support received and timeliness of communication.
3. Student Recruitment (Weight: 10%) a. Inquiry Response and Marketing Support : Response time to inquiries and effectiveness in supporting marketing campaigns. b. Information Provision for Marketing: Accuracy and timeliness of information provided. c. Student Re-enrollment: Rate of student re-enrollment for subsequent academic years.
