岗位职责：
1、To provide Quality and Testing for both existing and new business opportunities and to develop the Right ***-Time philosophy required to become a leading supplier of quality components to the aerospace industry.
为现有和新的业务机会提供质量和检验支持，发挥***次就做对的精神，成为航空工业高质量零件的领导供应商。
2、Ensure fully identifying customer’s requirements and transfer them into internal quality control requirements.
确保完整识别客户的需求，并将需求转化成内部的质量控制要求。
3、Provide corrective actions to Nonconformity during quality activities and find root cause for NCs.
对质量活动中的不符合组织提供纠正措施，找出不符合的根本原因。
4、Planning quality control activities make inspection plan and conduct necessary training to related persons.
策划过程质量控制活动，制定检验计划并对相关人员实施必要的培训.
5、Provide high quality documents such as FAIR/control plan/CPK/MSA etc.
提供高质量的质量文件，如FAIR报告，控制计划，CPK，MSA etc.
6、Assist product-related inspection and testing jobs.
协助与产品有关的的检测，测试活动。
7、Support and promote improvement activities to directly benefit our products and manufacturing processes.
支持和提升改进活动，直接有益于我们的产品和制造流程。
8、To support, develop, maintain, and improve the company’s quality management system and organize internal audits against the system when required.
支持，发展，维护和提升质量系统，当需要时，依系统要求组织实施内部审核。
岗位要求：
1、Experienced in engineering background such as machining, sheet metal, metal material etc.
工程专业背景如机加，钣金,金属材料等。
2、Very good ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
能够非常好的理解工程图纸和规范。
3、Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector preferred.
有航空工业部分的技术知识和经验更好。
4、Experience in a quality control environment is required.
要求有质量控制相关的工作经验
5、Experience on machining, manufacturing, and treatment.
有机加，制造和表面处理的经验
6、Chemical analysis experience advantageous but not essential.
有化学分析使用经验将是非常有优势的，但不是必需的。
7、Good knowledge on inspection gages/instruments application.
良好的检验量具仪器的应用知识
8、Attention to detail.
关注细节
9、Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
能够在最少的监督下主动工作。
10、Good application skill on excel/word.
良好的Excel/Word 使用技能。
11、Good English at writing and reading, Good spoken and listening will be preferred.
良好的英文读写能力，听说熟练更佳。
