General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Overall, in charge of operational issues for Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export, Rail Import/Export, strong capacity of solving the operational problems. 全面负责日常空运进出口、海运进出口、铁路进出口业务日常操作管理,具有较强的解决问题能力。 2. Business development & KAM knowledge. 有大客户管理经验并参与业务发展。 Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 1. Comprehensive operation management incl. process monitoring, enquiry & quotation, cost control and is able to solve the majority of issues independently. 全面操作管理包括流程的监控、询价报价、成本控制等,并能独立地解决大多数操作问题。 2. Monitor special business with risk control. 监督特殊业务并确保风险控制。 3. Check and Complete open files on weekly basis. 每周检查file并及时关掉。 4. Apply the report consciously to find and solve the potential problems. 有意识地运用报表以及时发现问题,解决问题。 5. Ensure Friendliness, Hospitality & Loyalty to clients and buildup trust. 以友善、亲切和诚恳的态度对待客户、并与之建立信任关系。 6. Close cooperate with other division like Customer Service, Sales, GTW and other branches etc. 与其他部门比如客户服务、销售、GTW 以及其他分公司等保持通力合作。 7. Responsible for promotion of our business to related parties incl. overseas counterpart, clients, internal sales etc. 负责向海外代理、客户以及相关人员销售业务。 8. A good trainer who can train & lead new staff on the right way for operation. 给予部门新员工在操作上正确的培训、指导。 9. Team player to ensure close communication among team member. 良好的团队伙伴以确保团队成员的密切交流与合作。 10. Maintain the positive team working spirit and working environments. 保持积极的工作态度和氛围。 11. Other tasks assigned by superior. 主管领导分配的其他工作。 Qualifications 1. College degree or above, major in related is preferable. 大学本科或以上学历,物流相关专业优先。 2. 3 years above working experience in our industry, the background of global forwarder experience & management experience are preferable. 三年以上相关工作经验,有管理经验和国际货代背景优先。 3. Industry knowledge for Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export, Rail Import/Export on handling procedure. 空运进出口、海运进出口、铁路进出口相关专业知识并熟知操作流程。 4. Familiar with MS office like Excel, Words etc. 熟练掌握Excel, Words等办公软件。 5. Good English in reading and writing, CET-4 or above is preferred. 英语阅读、书写良好,有4级及以上英语证书优先。 6. Building Relationships (Interacting with people, Establishing rapport & Impressing people) 建立良好的外部、内部人际关系,有效地互动、和谐及影响他人。 7. Structuring Tasks (Managing tasks, Upholding standards & Producing output) 遵照业务流程,有条理地分配工作,以创造产出。 8. Driving Success (Taking action, seizing opportunities & pursuing goals) 有明确目标、抓住机会并加以实施。 9.
