KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·???????Manage the training and onboarding of all new employees in the store in partnership with the management team to secure the best-in-class onboarding experience. ·???????Partner with the store Management team to review, manage and optimize team performance through Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development. ·???????Track key information pertaining to succession planning, turnover trends, and employee relations. ·???????Provide support to store leaders on the interpretation and consistent application of adidas policies, programs, initiatives on labor and employment issues/trends and employee relation needs to ensure they are creating and maintaining a positive and consistent employee relations environment. ·???????Drive development through regular catch-up, monthly/quarterly/annual review, talent and succession discussion and SHINE activities. ·???????Provide an ear and be a coach to employees to help them navigate job issues, career development and answer general questions regarding HR programs and policies. ·???????Identify employee development opportunities and implement education and training on tools. ·???????Partner with the store management team and CRA team to ensure on the floor team trainings are implemented into the business. ·???????Build alliances with store management and establish a valuable consultative role at all levels within the store to ensure HR initiatives, programs, and policies are fully understood and implemented. ·???????Organize and maintain all physical employee file records including but limited to shine development booklet, leave supporting documents etc. ·???????Organize HC RFC, filling rate , recruiting and ect. in store.Attend the recruitment selection center to support candidate interview. ·???????Daily coordination with all departments.
