Major Responsibilities and Objectives 岗位职责: - Negotiate with tenants regarding new lettings and lease renewals; 与租户就新租及续租谈判; - Prepare offer letters, Tenancy Agreements and other relevant documents; 准备邀约函件,租赁协议及其他相关文件; - Prepare notices and minutes; 发通知和写会议记录。 - Prepare budget analysis; 编写预算分析。 - Organise the handover and takeover of property units; 组织物业单位的交接和接管。 - Liaise with technical and property management teams on tenant fit-out and renovation projects, maintenance and daily operations; 就租户装备和翻新项目,维护以及日常运营与物业技术和管理队伍联系。 - Prepare a varity of management report and forms of rental payments; 准备租金费用的各类管理报表。 - Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and co-ordinate with other departments. 处理租户的问询和投诉,以及与其他的部门调和。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements 岗位要求 - Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上学历 - 2-year working experience in real estate sector. Formal training in real estate disciplines in a multinational company would be an advantage. 两年以上房地产工作经验。在跨国公司接受过房地产科目正式培训者优先。 - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential. 良好的中英文口头表达与读写能力。 - Exceptional typing skills in both Chinese and English are necessary. 优秀的中英文打字能力。 - Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is a must. 熟练操作电脑Windows, MS 办公软件。
