岗位职责: 1.Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible gas compressors industry and reach sales and GP target. 负责开展本人所负责气体压缩机行业的业务,完成销售指标及毛利率。 2.Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment. 致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。 3.Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing OEM and/or customers. 与潜在及现有OEM或终端客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。 4.Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems. 为客户提供专业技术支持,包括产品的介绍和新产品推广,技术研讨会,解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。 5.Timely and actively give feedback to certain projects and share experience among colleagues. 及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见,同事之间互相交流经验。 6.Collect information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely. 收集市场和竞争对手的信息,并及时反馈给公司。 7.Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely. 定期提交工作报告,如:每周工作报告,每周工作计划,预测报告,客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。
任职要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above is required, prefer mechanical or chemical engineering background. 本科或以上学历,优先考虑机械或化工等工业背景。 2.Have more than 3 years working experience in gas/refrigeration compressor makers, sales or technical support function is preferred. 拥有3年以上工艺气体或制冷压缩机生产厂商工作经验,销售/技术支持方向为佳。 3.Excellent sales performance, high value selling skills, love Klueber way of doing things. 卓越的销售执行力、价值销售技巧、认同克鲁勃的做事方式。 4.Excellent market research, analysis and exploring capability. 良好的市场研究,分析和探索能力。 5.Willing to travel frequently. 有意愿进行较频繁的出差。
