85 Design and execute experimental protocols for protein expression/purification, in high throughput if required.
85 Optimize and troubleshoot expression systems for optimal yield.
85 Setup analytical criteria and conduct biophysical characterization experiments on antibody candidates.
85 Work cross-functional teams for timely delivery of the protein products for all projects.
85 Effectively communicate with colleagues; provide updates to project teams and present results at project team and management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ：
85 Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics or a related discipline with at least 3 years of hands-on experience either in industry or academia.
85 Effective team builder/leader
85 Broad experience in expressing recombinant proteins in various expression systems, including Pichia Pastoris and mammalian expression systems.
85 Extensive hands-on experience in protein purification using a variety of chromatographic techniques with proficiency in using FPLC systems.
85 Experience in protein sequence/structure/PTM analysis, assessing protein stability, solubility, and other biophysical properties.
85 Demonstrated track record of accomplishments, publications and conference presentations.
85 Excellent communication, organization, and technical writing skills.
