Job Summary 工作简介: Direct responsible for general sales growth, increase controlled business, key trade lane development and driver for new product offerings. 致力于本地预付货代业务及公司主力航线相关业务的开发。 Duties & Responsibilities 工作内容与责任: Specific duties including, but not restricted to 包括但不限于: - Promote and develop new silver, gold and platinum accounts (KAM). 开发拓展新的银牌,金牌以及白金客户 - Sending sales leads to overseas and develop new accounts together. 和海外同事共同开发新业务 - Drive to develop new business in Chengdu, international and domestic. 开发成都区域货运代理业务 - Trade lane development, especially for the CHINA – ASEAN/EU, build volume in terms of land transportation and Multi - model service. 中国-东盟/欧洲卡车以及多式联运业务开发 - Responsible for own account receivables. 应收账款的催收 - Continuously use and improve CRM as per management guidelines. 通过CRM系统管理客户 - Adhere to instructions and implementations from management. 上级的其他工作相关要求
Skills & Educational Requirements 工作技能与教育相关: - Minimum 5 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics. 至少5年货代物流相关行业经验 - Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air, selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution is advantaged. 高度自驱,并拥有很好的海空陆铁进出口运输专业知识,第三方物流的相关经验更优 - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin both verbally and writing. 能熟练使用英文或中文(口语和书写) - Broad knowledge and experience in sales overseas and in SW, local sales development. 熟悉西南地区当地市场及海外市场开发 - Winning attitude and track record of account and GP growth. 必胜的信心,追求利润持续增长
