RESPONSIBILITIES: To have complete knowledge on beverage / service provided by Café Dior Make sure all bar standards are carefully followed Insure the smoothness of the drink service Check bar/cafeterie mise en place and setup with standards at all time Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude Relay information to management Ensure general maintenance of bar, cafeterie and restaurant Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction Ensure that bar standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied Enforce staff motivation and team building Check bar staff's attitude Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied Ensure consistency is maintained in quality of service and drinks provided Push Up sellings Design training programs Be accountable for the accuracy of reports and stock administration

2 Year commitment 2 months probation Be able to work for flexible hours
Graduated in Hospitality industry Fluent English speaking spoken and written 2 years experience at same position in Western restaurant Good communication & Sales Skills Basic Computer skills: excel, word, ppt Must be a good trainer Good command of English and a good communicator
