Position Purpose:

To ensure the product quality, within the scope of relative policy and budget, management the whole QC lab according to GMP, feed and feed additive, water-treatment product regulation and the company quality management regulation; Establish or revise related SOP and quality standards according to GMP, feed and feed additive, water treatment product regulation and company directive, supervise the implementation of related SOP.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for QC daily work management, team management and HSE management, continuously leading the QC team to maintain high performance under the safety environment. Provide training / coaching and performance assessment for employees. Supervise and ensure that the analytical activities and operational processes in accordance with relevant regulations and Elanco requirements.

2. Talent development. Focus on talent development, identifying talents and support talents career development.

3. Finance control. Ensure the cost of QC team is rationality and necessity and meet the budget.
财务控制。确保QC团队的成本支出是合理且必要的，并且符合预算。

4. Make good communication and cooperation with other functions to ensure the achievements of the goals.

5. Internal specification management. Establish and review the internal specifications include raw materials, packaging materials and finished products to ensure the quality stability and meet the regulations and marketing needs.
内控质量标准管理。建立和回顾内部质量标准，包括原辅料、包装材料和成品，确保产品质量稳定性、法规符合性以及符合市场需要。

6. SOP management. Establish and review QC related SOP to ensure the analytical procedure and QC management process are instructive, clear and comply with regulatory requirements and EGQS.

7. Quality event management. Ensure there is comprehensive assessment and appropriate CAPAs for all QC related quality events such as OOS, deviation, change control and customer complaints.
质量事件管理。确保QC相关的质量事件得到充分的评估和恰当的CAPA，包括OOS、偏差、变更控制和客户投诉。

8. Data integrity management. Ensure QC related data management comply with the regulatory requirements and EGQS through the whole life cycle.
数据完整性管理。确保QC相关的数据在整个生命周期内管理符合法规和礼蓝公司制度。

9. Ensure the good management of testing methods and instruments such as appropriate validation/verification/qualification and maintenance.
确保分析检测方法、仪器的良好管理，例如恰当的验证、确认、确证和维护。

10. Responsible for other quality relevant requirements according to regulatory requirements and EGQS, such as stability program management, environmental monitoring, reserved sample management, etc.

11. Drive operational excellence and process simplification in QC team.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

Education/Experience: Bachelor degree or above,majored in the Chemistry or related subjects,at least 3 years working experience in the same or related positions in a large pharmaceutical company.
教育/经验：化学或相关专业本科以上学历，至少3年以上大型制药企业相同或相关岗位的工作经验；

Specific knowledge&skills: familiar with GMP,GLP, feed and feed additive, water treatmentproduct and professional in Lab-instrument-handling.
专业知识：熟悉GMP, GLP, 饲料和饲料添加剂，水产产品相关规定，并能专业操作仪器设备；

Good teamwork spirit and good skills in communication, interpersonal,problem solving and analysis abilities.
良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、分析及解决问题的能力。

Familiar with office software and good English skills in reading/writing, basic English communication skills.
熟练掌握办公软件应用，良好的英文读写能力，基本的英文交流能力。
