Description
800202Drive & manage OEM for flawless factory execution02
800202Coordinate with Planning, Material, Quality, Process Engineering, Testing, Capex, Logistics team etc. to ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Input/Output/Shipment (IOS) target are met
800202Take the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functional issues timely to avoid IO/Avail. Impact
800202Engage into new product introduction & readiness review for factory ramp, SMT/FATP capacity plan, line & equipment readiness,02 Operator readiness etc.02Ensure DL sufficiency for new product ramp
800202Manage OEM Order Cycle Time (OCT) and Time Dependency Model (TDM)02
800202Ensure short term and long term capacity planning and execution with close communication with Cupertino counterpart
800202Conduct regular operations metrics performance review and drive continuous improvement with OEM
800202Provide mentorship to OEM.02
800202Establish healthy working relationship with OEM
800202Work as escalation point if any SR/Security/EHS issue related with OEM factory02
