3. Compliance with the service processes and policy strictly and provide customers with quality and efficient services actively to enhance field service standards and reflect the professional image of the service.

4. Understand and feedback the customers’ service requirement initiatively and provide a sustainable solution.
主动了解并反馈服务客户的服务需求，提出合理解决方案。
5. According to training and self-study, improve own service capacity and sales skills.
通过培训课程和自我学习不断提高自身服务能力和销售能力。
6. Develop sales performance through quality service.

7. Understand customer needs through service and assist regional service team members to develop aftermarket products market and complete sales target. According to regional arrangements, be responsible for the sales target of the designated customer and complete our own labor goal.

8. Develop and manage region dealers and key accounts. Assist dealers complete the sales target.

9. Enhance products ’competitiveness continuously by putting forward rationalization proposals relying on our own technical advantaged and provide customers with service products in line with market demand.
发挥自身技术优势提出合理化建议，不断提升产品竞争力，为客户提供符合市场需求的服务产品。

To succeed, you will need
1. Education and Experience Requirements:
Machinery, electrical and etc. College degree or above.
机械、电气等专业大专以及以上学历；
2. Familiar with compressor, generator, light tower, water pump
熟悉压缩机、发电机、灯车和水泵；
3. 2 year experience in above industry, especially sales experience
2年以上上述行业工作经验,尤其是相关的销售经验。

Language Ability: (English & Mandarin)
1. Can read English instruction and parts book.
能阅读英文说明书和手册。

Training & Skill Development:
1. Familiar with MS software and other normal tools
能熟练使用电脑常用工具和软件。

General Work Attitude:
1. Strong communicate competence and customer service consciousness
较强的沟通能力和客户服务意识；
2. Strong operational ability, stand hard work, work steadily and earnestly
动手能力强, 吃苦耐劳; 工作踏实, 认真负责。
3. Have the experience of repairing compressor, engine, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
具有柴油发动机、空气压缩机、机械、电气、液压维修经验

Others:
1. Willing to travel, and have driving license.
适应出差, 有驾照。
2. Willing to work in other region and travel to high altitude
适应驻外工作和高海拔地区出差
