北美轻奢品牌成都SKP门店招聘店经理 Responsibility: Drive store performance and always strive for the highest results; Set, communicate and follow up on the company objectives; Ensure the store is reaching sales budget and goals; Follow up and maintain store operational standard regarding to SOP,and take actions where needed; Responsible to both new clients recruitment and retention by leveraging CRM tools; Plan and execute training/coaching in store level (product, service, store operations,etc.) Follow up on set action plans with a team of sales associates and reporting manager; Ensure that the visual standard is following the brand guidelines; Frequent communication with reporting manager and update when needed; Inspire your team by leadership and setting developmental strategies; Ensure all team members have enough knowledge to provide the clients with excellent service; On-site and on time coaching where needed. Ensure all team members are working by "The full treatment"; Responsible for store staff performance review and development with succession plan.
