About the Role: 61 Kerry’s approach to the foodservice market requires a push and pull philosophy with both direct and indirect sales to support the Key accounts and Distribution partners. The successful candidate will lead the Distribution partnerships set-up and execution activity across China, defining new distribution strategies and working with appointed distributors to drive growth in the independent sector as well as utilising a complete menu management approach with applications and marketing support. 61 The Senior Regional Distribution Sales Manager will focus on setting up and executing a winning food service distribution strategy for Kerry globally preeminent beverage brand – DaVinci Gourmet. DaVinci Gourmet is one of the most reputable coffee solutions partners, with a winning range of coffee sauces, syrups and powders, enabling coffee shops and food service operators create beverage masterpieces and delight customers with top quality beverages. 61 The role will be responsible for: o Defining the right distribution partners, areas, distribution model including price, portfolio management, sales activation, and excellence, this role will cover South-West China (Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou) o Identifying and prioritising distribution opportunities, creating sustainable profitable growth for Kerry within the food service market. 【Key Responsibilities】 61 Strategic Leadership and Direction: drive the expansion strategy in China key regions. Guide the brand's strategic direction to ensure growth, market relevance, and sustainability. 61 Market Penetration and Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and growth. Leverage local connections and market insights. 61 Achieve budgeted targets while maximizing Kerry’s profitability. 61 Be Kerry’s food service brands and DaVinci Gourmet expert in China key regions, capable of sharing trends and market insight both internally and externally 61 Develop a winning distribution strategy to reach independent coffee shops, across off and on-line channels 61 Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of distributors across China key regions, ensuring strong coverage and effective representation of the brand. 61 Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key decision-makers within distributor organisations. 61 Conduct regular training and development programs for distributors to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques. 61 Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies. 61 Oversee pricing and promotional activities within the distribution network. 61 Identify, prioritise and recruit new distribution partnerships within the key regions 61 Work collaboratively with marketing, applications, finance and support functions teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach to sales. 61 Analyse sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards targets.
