岗位概述:
根据公司提供的潜在客户名单,匹配合适的试听活动课程预约家长到访校区,以促成校区业绩完成。
岗位职责:
1.为客户提供简单咨询,预约客户到访时间;
2.向系统准确及时输入客户基本资料、电话里沟通的所有客户信息;
3.邀约有意向的客户至英孚的学校参加免费的课程咨询活动,与课程顾问老师及时沟通;
4.对资源数据适时进行系统梳理
任职要求:
1.高中及以上学历,如有一年客服及相关工作经验,可适当降低学历要求;
2.普通话标准,声音亲切,良好的沟通技巧和较强的判断能力;
3.学习能力强,积极进取,勇于挑战高薪;
4.性格开朗大方,具有良好的团队合作能力;
5.基础的办公软件操作能力。

The TMK Specialist is responsible for contacting and selecting potential customer and inviting them to visit school for course consultation.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. To use telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand target client s needs and invite them
visit school for course consulting;
2. Keep contact with the potential customers as business required;
3. Collect and maintain clients feedback for marketing campaigns as business data and information in the
corporate CRM system and manage potential customers correct and in time;
4. Provide feedback for the quality analysis on the leads provided by marketing team;
