岗位职责:
1.根据公司提供的潜在客户名单,致电并获取客户准确的个人信息;
2.邀约有意向的客户至英孚的学校参加免费的课程咨询活动,与课程顾问老师进行现场的沟通;
3.将所联系的客户信息输入客户管理信息系统。
任职要求:
1.高中及以上学历,如有一年客服及相关工作经验,可适当降低学历要求;
2.良好的沟通技巧和较强的判断能力;
3.学习能力强,积极进取,勇于挑战高薪;
4.具有良好的团队合作能力;
5.基础的办公软件操作能力。

The TMK Specialist is responsible for contacting and selecting potential customer and inviting them to visit school for course consultation.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. To use telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand target client's needs and invite them
visit school for course consulting;
2. Keep contact with the potential customers as business required;
3. Collect and maintain clients feedback for marketing campaigns as business data and information in the
corporate CRM system and manage potential customers correct and in time;
4. Provide feedback for the quality analysis on the leads provided by marketing team;
