Description of Role ?Has responsibility for handling daily LCL FinOps tasks and interacts with internal stakeholders. ?Support pears with technical or process related challenges during process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
?Handle daily FinOps tasks in line, such as Billing document creation, vendor payment request submission, etc with process IOP’s and ensure quality of service in always maintained. ?Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation. ?Able to resolve requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline. ?Carry out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). ?Have good business knowledge / process understanding to provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions. ?Participant in team engagement activities.
Technical Skills ?Experience in logistics and prefer. ?Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ?Knowledge or understanding on KPI’s would prefer.
