职位描述
Develop in-depth intimacy with Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs) :
oInterfaces with the customer at 1st management level
oDevelop the relationship with his direct counterparts at the customer and with the assigned contacts by the sales network
oparticipate regularly to customer meetings (progress reviews, quality reviews, commercial global meetings)
oMonitor what competition is doing
74Prepare and check/validate the commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests :
oGet a good understanding of the costing files (“hands on”)
oBuild up and get validated the targeted pricing and the negotiation path / tactics to convince the customer
oEnsure proper documentation of all prices and written communication to customer
oCheck coherence of all offers and validates offers regarding technical changes and mandated components
oUnderstand and apply the guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management
oSupport claims negotiation at the appropriate level at the customer
74Manage a team of Sales Engineers :
oEnsure the proper talent at the right place through internal or external recruitment processes
oAs and when properly staffed and organized, responsible for coaching, developing and promoting the Sales team
oAssign objectives and follow-up
74Serial Life :
oResponsible for on-time / on-profit customer ECRs (“Engineering Changes Requests”) negotiation
oDetailed understanding of piece price, tooling and D&D impact
oFollow the Variable Cost Margin of the products
oCoordinate or take directly in charge the commercial productivity proposals with a detailed understanding of Squeeze management
oUnderstanding and execution of VA-VE commercial mechanisms
oDeep understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exchange rate)
oUnderstanding and rigourous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues…)
oOversees commercial management for Spare Parts

74Programs02:
oOversees several programs from Sales perspective
oSupports the negotiation of ECRs and claims
oFollow the profitability of the Program
oParticipate to the CBU / Division Program reviews
74Acquisitions :
oPart/Leader of the Acquisition Team
oUnderstanding of the Business Plan & RFQA
oPreparation and update / improvement of the commercial offers through the negotiation loops
oDevelop & lead the execution of the lobbying plan
Beat competition ! with satisfactory financials.

任职要求:

Minimum Education Level: Business Bachelor Degree or Engineering Degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business

Experience02:
oMinimum 5 years of professional experience with successful track record with different commercial assignments
oEstablished personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets

Skills and competencies :
oFluent in english and if necessary in the Customer language
oVery broad functional knowledge and depth understanding of business expertise.
oStrong competencies in relationship management, and negotiation
oComfortable with financials
oGood communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
oBusiness international mindset
oAccountable and results oriented – Get the things done
oTeam player and ability to work in a matrix organization
