RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 岗位职责: 1. Follow the global IT helpdesk procedure. Use the service desk tool to create, escalate and monitor IT incidents. 2. Strictly follow the company's IT/Security/EHS policies. 3. Troubleshoot daily issues of IT infrastructure including hardware and software. 4. Maintain high availability of system. 5. Manage IT equipment, asset inventory and disposal. 6. Provide support to end - users regarding the IT workplace. Manage computers, printers, VOIP, switches, Internet devices and server systems. 7. Assist IT managers/supervisors to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures and follow the company's IT strategy. 8. Develop and maintain basic IT infrastructure administrator and user documentation. 9. Assist and coordinate the implementation of IT infrastructure projects. 10. Provide first - level support for MES and SAP daily issues, participate in projects when necessary, meet the IT helpdesk and security response time SLAs, ensure local incident resolution rate, analyze user requirements and plan improvements, keep up with IT trends and recommend solutions, and complete other related tasks. 11. Other duties required by safety production management and other company regulations and policies.
Skills/Education/Experience: 技能/学历/工作经验: 1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, 3+ years relevant working experience. 2. Working knowledge of the ITIL service management concept is highly desirable. 3. Willing to learn new, good working knowledge and skills in Microsoft server system (AD, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.) 4. Knowledge or working experience in Hyper-V or Vmware and Cisco devices. (is not a must) 5. Networking certifications is relevant technical applications and platforms (is not a must) 6. Basic business process knowledge, at least 3 years daily support on MES or SAP. . (is not a must) 7. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 8. High responsibilities, high initiative, high performance and ability to learn. 9. English proficiency required. 10. Strong logical thinking ability.
