General Objects: 61 Assure product and process quality of supplied parts 61 Follow entities/divisions on all Global Sourcing and Local Content Activities in Asia related to parts quality and supplier quality management issues: Production Partner and BMW AG Purchasing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistic Department Service Scope: 61 Main responsible role for the QMP work within the Industrialization of Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects overall in the Asian market. 61 Ensure the implementation of BMW Q-standards by tier 1 supplier and if needed to n-tier suppliers, support quality topics in the clover leaf. 61 Ensure quality related industrialization process and ensure the product/process quality of supplied parts. 61 Support BMW AG Purchasing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistic Department on all Global Sourcing and Local Content activities related to parts quality, supplier quality/quantity management issues. 61 Responsible for the quality within supply chain and continuous parts supply in defined quality and volume in worldwide BMW production plants. 61 Coordination and supervision of supplier qualification activities, mainly for critical components 61 Evaluation of supplier tools in the early phase, ensure the delivery of critical components 61 Supplier Risk Assessment with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies for critical components 61 Responsible for MEP realization of Purchase Parts all over Asia (Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure, PPAP etc.) based on BMW corporate MPM processes, mainly critical components are relevant 61 Ensure QMP standards for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to BMW Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA, LPKM, M-Portal…), including the steering of series tooling, manufacturing equipment etc., mainly for critical components 61 Follow up on all open items throughout the entire process chain to minimize risk and to maximize BMW success, critical component related 61 Manage escalation process for the series deviations of supplier quality performance 61 Support special problem solving (PLT), Task Force related topics Travel expectation: 61 More than 50% travel time
