Tasks and responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support a) Schedule and arrange division meeting and prepare meeting minutes. b) Prepare presentations and material such as PPT, Excel. c) Make reservations and travel arrangement for the GM. d) Pre-check expense reports, payment application before submit to the GM. e) Arrange international flight tickets reservation for Chinese and foreign colleagues and customers. f) File daily work records and important documents.
2. Translation and Interpretation a) Translate catalogs and information of products, technical documents, quotations of the products, bidding documents and other company data. b) Interpret for technical and commercial meeting / negotiation with customers. c) Organize or accompany (when required) Chinese customers for visits, equipment acceptance and training in China / in LVT factory.
3. Sales & Marketing Support a) Assist sales team in preparation of offer / bidding documents / contracts and similar. b) Communicate with customers and the factory in terms of payment / delivery / logistics, etc. c) Perform contract management, including update / coordinating shipping details /handle import customs clearance and payments, etc. d) Maintain relationship with customers, professional associations and advertisement sources and keeping close cooperation with them e) Support marketing in China by making marketing analysis, assisting in exhibition, catalogue translation and liaising with LMS-Marketing, industry magazines and CGMA(中国齿轮行业网)
4. Liaison Functions a) Communicate the administration information with LVT b) Communication interface within LVT division / between LVT division with other divisions of LMS c) Liaise with the factory and sales staff for contractual clarification d) Contact factory in terms of execution of delivery, payments, etc. e) Work closely with internal departments and authorities for handling payment / warehousing / customs related issues, etc.
5. Others a) Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered. b) Other tasks to be assigned by the Professional Supervisor.
Role Requirements: 1) Education Bachelor’s degree or above
2)Major Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or comparable professional experience;
3)Training Technical terms of the products
4)Experience At least 5-year working experience in German or other Europe-an companies
5)Knowledge Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms. Be familiar with mechanical engineering, preferably gear machine. Be familiar with marketing of technical products in China;
6)Skills Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable. Communication and negotiation skills. Proficient computer skills;
