Gantrade is a US-funded international chemical distribution company, with offices in USA, UK, Belgium, India and China. Now we are seeking for a procurement specialist responsible for PVB resin, EVA film and various other film procurement in China.
Job Focus: *Assessment and update of existing market information on PVB resin, EVA film, and various other films. * Establish connections, liaise with potential suppliers and Gantrade global technical department throughout the qualification process to ensure fluent communication and expedite the process. * Set-up all necessary virtual and in-person meetings and act as a facilitator and translator
Profile and Skills: * 3 to 5 years experience minimum * Technical or chemical studies or equivalent through experience * Fluent in English, also on a technical level * Fluent in Mandarin
The ideal candidate has a procurement background in (ideally) chemical raw materials, with knowledge/understanding of logistics, supply chain and technical aspects.
