You will take the role of managing finance & accounting outsourcing business eg. T&E. You will drive a 30-40 members team to meet clients’ requirements of finance related processes.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage team and process ensuring all SLA & KPI. 2. Responsible for managing multiple processes at the same time and ensuring entire team performance. 3. Continuously drive the process improvement both on efficiency and controllership to meet or exceed the customers’ expectation; 4. Customer relationship management, drive the organic growth together with business and VOC improvement; 5. Recruit, coach and train team members and give regular feedback to ensure team’s performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with finance related major; 2. 5 years above finance related working experience, TE and PTP experience is preferred; 3. 5 years above Team Management experience is a plus; 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility; 5. Proficiency in English oral and writing
