Jobs Description
- Prepare payment batch to make sure all invoices will be paid on company schedule.
- Contact with bank if has any payment queries.
- Prepare reconcile on related accounts.
- Prepare related tax reports such as withholding tax, purchasing tax etc.
- Reply phone and email from internal and external.
- Prepare reports as required by client or other teams.
- Be able to be substitution of Country payable lead.
Requirement:
- Fluent Thai – to reply phone call from supplier and client staff.
- Can read & write Thai language – to working on Government portal, prepare some documents related to payment or reply email for payment query etc.
- Understand basic Thai Tax law – such as withholding tax.
- Able to work refer follow Thailand holiday.
