should match with CACC
overall development strategy.

Competence:
1. Education and
Qualification:
1.1 Bachelor degree
in accounting or finance related major, MBA or MPAcc
is a plus.
1.2 CPA
or equivalent qualification such as ACCA, AICPA,CIA is
a plus.

2. Experience
Requirements
3.1 Over 5 years
financial accounting experience in MNC or accounting
firm. More than 2 years team
leader or supervisor position experience in MNC.
3.2 Familiar ERP system implementation like
SAP and Oracle
3.3 Excellent financial reporting and
analysis techniques.
3.4 Be familiar with IFRS, JP/KR local
policy,
strong sense of internal control.
3.5 Good command of Japanese& English
or
Korean& English in both speaking and writing
3.6 Experience in Financial
Shared Service Center is a great plus.
3.7 Accept business travel
3.8 Transformation project experience is
needed, transition
experience is a plus.
