As [GBS HR Specialist (Time&Payroll)], you will: - Support Japan Payroll and time management transaction including payroll calculation, social insurance, individual income tax and payroll related finance reports creation, attendance, leave, OT management, etc. per request by HR within the company application environment (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or off-cycle) with 100% meeting KPI/SLA. - Generate and distributes regular and ad hoc reports based on payroll/time management record to meet business needs. - Assist with basic and routine HR-related inquiries and provide solutions according to the business alignment. - Ensure that all Japan Payroll & Time management related documents is up to date and stored confidentially to avoid knowledge gap. - Follow the information security/data privacy policies, as well as the company regulations to ensure no compliance issues. What you will bring: - College degree or above. - Be able to read, write and communicate in Japanese/English. - Familiar with Excel, word, power point, outlook. - Minimum of 2 years Japan Payroll & Time management related working experience. - Be familiar with Japan payroll, withholding individual income tax, social insurance and public housing fund rules, resident's tax related laws and regulations. Other skills that we would welcome: - Skill of process management, process improvement or automation is preferred. - Detail oriented and result driven mindset. - Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. - Strong ownership and execution skills. - Manufacture Payroll & Time management processing experience, BPO or shared service industry experience is preferred.
