JOB DESCRIPTION: Brings deep content knowledge, high-value expertise coaching and advice to support business and operations in their area of expertise. Design and implement end to end Target operating model following company strategy. Partners with various key stakeholders including GBS SD, Global PMO lead, ICT, Local organization and 3rd party providers MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct responsible for implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across all streams based on company strategy - Direct responsibility for Process and Systems implementation including proper project management - Direct involvement during system implementation (system testing, Business blueprint coordination and revision) - Responsible for driving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Transformation for respective stream - Oversee project documentation, system testing and training efforts - Support and give direction to Local organization and HRSSC for System and Process optimization - Vendor management for respective stream - Risk Management (assessment of downstream “unknowns” potentially jeopardizing global rollout strategy) REQUIREMENTS: - University degree in BA, Social Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources or Economics - Proficient English and Japanese in speaking and writing - 5+ years of experience in managing various positions in HR with focus on system implementation on global level - Experience with various HR systems and implementation - Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practices - Proven record of experience as a stream leader - Experience with process design and implementation - Excellent PMO skills with focus on delivery OTHER SKILLS: - Excellent communication skills - Capability to work and cooperate in cross cultural team - Collaboration skills - Drive proper risk management - Skillsets with specific to matrix organization About Us: Marelli is one of the world’s leading global independent suppliers to the automotive sector, with a strong and established track record in innovation and manufacturing excellence.
