Position Summary The Purchasing Professional Senior role responsible for understanding stakeholders’ requirements, sourcing, negotiating price & terms, making supplier selection proposal which fit for purpose with reasonable TCO and competitive terms and conditions for all categories and responsible regional level categories. The successful candidate will manage all procurement related activities for assigned projects and bids and define and implement procurement strategies target maximum contribution to the business results. Act as an integrated Business Partners, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to implement business aligned strategies. Qualifications and Requirements 01 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in refractory is preferred. 本科以上学历,耐火材料相关专业优先。 01 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement management, strategic procurement including knowledge on legal contracting and claim management. 3 至 5 年的采购管理和战略采购经验,包括法律合同和索赔管理方面的知识。 01 General knowledge of purchasing principles & practices in manufacturing company.
