Position Summary 职位概述 The Head of Facilities/Admin is responsible for planning, guiding, and coordinating all administrative services and support within the company. This role oversees a team to ensure the effective execution of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the business and maintaining a positive company image. Supplier and Contract Management/供应商与合同管理 61 Responsible for selecting, evaluating, and managing various suppliers to ensure their products and services meet the company’s high standards. 负责选择、评估和管理各类供应商,确保其提供的产品和服务符合公司的高标准要求。 61 Manage all contracts related to administrative services, including negotiation, signing, and subsequent supervision of execution, ensuring strict adherence to contract terms. 管理所有与行政服务相关的合同,包括谈判、签署以及后续执行情况的监督,确保合同条款得到严格遵守。 4. Other Responsibilities/其他职责 61 Develop and refine the company’s administrative policies, procedures, and workflows, creating a standardized and employee-friendly environment; ensure the effective implementation of rules and regulations, continuously improving and optimizing systems through regular reviews and feedback mechanisms. 制定和完善公司各项行政管理制度与工作流程,构建规范化、人性化的环境;确保规章制度的有效执行,并通过定期审查与反馈机制不断优化和完善制度内容。 61 Ensuring that operations are carried out within the approved budget; perform daily cost management and analysis, actively identifying opportunities for cost savings. 确保运营在批准的预算内开展工作;进行日常成本管理和分析,积极寻找成本节约的机会点。 61 Assist in establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with external partners, suppliers, and other relevant organizations to create a favorable external environment for the company.
