Principal Accountabilities: 61 Perform properly as a professional of Payroll procedures. Process end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees. 61 Manage pre and post payroll administration including timesheet management. 61 Coordinating outsourced payroll vendors. 61 Activities may include accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions. And also include calculating overtime, sales incentive and bonuses 61 Maintaining payroll records as well as employee information/records in proper manner 61 Manage the Japan payroll related matters such as the social insurance, pension and employment /labor insurance, and responds all inquiries from employees in timely manner and works well with external vendors. 61 Make and prepare documents such as contracts, certificates and other materials including aggregation of HR related data.etc. 61 Provide timely responses to employee inquiries such as company rule and system etc. with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 61 Manage and maintain HR-related systems such as time recording system and global HRIS. 61 Manage medical check-up arrangement, tracking and reporting. 61 Review HR policies / procedures together with HR Manager, using business focused best practice and ensuring legislative compliance 61 Preparing the necessary HR administrative reports to the Global Team 61 Challenge administrative processes as appropriate in order to implement more effective and creative solutions 61 Support HR related projects, such as D&I.
Skills Knowledge & Experience: 61 3 years+ experience in Human Resources Administrative work (including payroll co-ordination). 61 Basic knowledge of Japan employment law and social insurance administration legislation 61 Excellent PC skills to include MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English 61 Eager to learn and expand knowledge of Human Resources practices 61 Demonstrates attention to detail and sets high standards 61 Self starter with the ability to work independently 61 Strong organisation skills supporting the whole department 61 A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
