Job Description We are looking for an experienced RTR Manager to lead and optimize our Record to Report (RTR) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement of RTR functions. Responsibilities: 61 Establish and continuously improve RTR control processes and frameworks. 61 Manage end-to-end RTR activities, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting. 61 Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data. 61 Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. 61 Develop and maintain RTR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 61 Provide leadership and guidance to the RTR team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. 61 Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management. 61 Lead process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. 61 Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is quired 61 A background from a Big Four firm and experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) will be highly valued, along with a solid understanding of better RTR processes and related accounting functions such as FP&A and General Ledger. 61 Minimum of 8 years of experience in RTR or similar finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. 61 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 61 Proficiency in ERP systems and especially SAP; experience with process automation tools is a plus. 61 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 61 Proficient in both English listening, speaking 61 Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 61 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
