About your role
As Project Engineer, you will play a key role in our project management and engineering activities. You are responsible for moving the projects through various sample stages, leading to successful mass production, and resulting in a highly competitive product on the market. With your experience you deliver superior products that meet our product vision.


What you will do
61 Guide sample development cycles through all stages up to mass production together with the team and the suppliers
61 Prepare project schedules and ensure projects meet the milestones and feature requirements
61 Manage the scope change and baseline to keep balance of feature, schedule and cost
61 Conduct regular team meetings establishing action items and due dates for activities
61 Set up gate meetings and ensure timely decision making from stakeholders
61 Drive the communication and make escalation when necessary to secure attention and support


Qualifications


61 Bachelor of Science in engineering/electrical engineering or related disciplines
61 Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the audio consumer electronics industry
61 Working knowledge in latest audio product trends, including, Bluetooth, WiFi, DAB, HDMI, etc.
61 Experience in managing suppliers and 3rd party development partners
61 Good communication and result-driven skills
61 Enjoying cross-cultural teamwork
61 Organization skills and attention to details
61 Ability to work at a high number of projects in parallel, in a multi-disciplinary environment without losing orientation
61 High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and flexibility
61 Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)
Language skills: Chinese and Fluent English both orally and written
